A prolific songwriter, natural performer, superb musician, and "hope enthusiast," John's music is rooted in rhythm and blues, yet unbounded by genre.

For John, music is the vehicle by which he is able to navigate life in a spiritually centered and faithful way. His passions lie not only in the music itself but also in building community, inspiring compassion, and helping to develop opportunities to gather and appreciate the human experience.

 

John has shared stages with national acts such as Leon Russell, Cheryl Wheeler, Rusted Root, Marshall Tucker Band, and Dean Ween Group. In 2015 John released his first fully produced solo album “Rise Up” and was invited to perform at the Philadelphia Folk Festival. 

 

John's music is regularly featured on 88.5 WXPN out of Philadelphia PA, as well as many other independent radio stations across the country.
