David believes all people possess inherent worth and dignity, that we are vessels of sacred unconditional love, and that we awaken to a life of meaning and purpose through service to others and contemplative spiritual practice.
He lives in Doylestown with his wife, best friend, and love of his life, Ellen. They have four adult children and one grandchild. David enjoys movies, historical nonfiction, and ginger snaps. He's part of the Greater Delaware Valley Interfaith Community and is a founding member of the Doylestown Pride Festival.
David is a graduate of Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and The University of Texas at Austin. He has served Salem since January 2017.
